Hurra! Idag har jag hämtat ut min lonely planet-bok south america on a shoestring - en guidebok för hela sydamerika med tips om allt från vilka vandrarhem som är bäst till hur mycket man ska ge i dricks. Jag citerar baksidan: "the backpackers bible". Sist jag reste hade jag ingen med mig, men jag lånade av både vandrarhem och vänner då och då för att planera min resa. Den här gången kommer jag ha min egen bok och det känns härligt. Jag har redan börjat läsa in mig på Ecuador som jag kommer besöka för första gången under min resa. Här kommer ett utdrag från boken om landet:
